What You'll DoLead residential and commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish
Supervise and mentor helpers and apprentices on the job site Install heating, cooling, and ventilation systems to code and manufacturer specs
Ensure quality control and job site safety on every project
Coordinate with project managers, dispatchers, and customers
Complete job documentation accurately
What We're Looking For6+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems EPA 608 certification required
Proven ability to lead a crew and manage a job site Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
