Carpenter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Position Summary

The Carpenters construct, repair or modify building systems to include metal framed partitions, doors/frame/hardware, drywall, flooring, ceiling systems, millwork, and concrete work.

• Regular attendance at assigned location that may include office or other project sites.
• Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients.
• Measure, cut, install metal studs, drywall, wood blocking, ceilings, flooring, formwork, and other materials.
• Lifting and moving objects and construction materials intermittently or on a continuous basis.
• Layout and construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, ceilings, and door systems.
• Help erect, level, and install building framework with the aid of rigging hardware and cranes.
• Inspect and replace damaged framework, structures, or fixtures, with minor demolition.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Follow plans and instructions from supervisors or more experienced workers.
• Strict adherence to all safety rules and quality.
• Participate in site housekeeping.
• Safely operate multiple types of power tools.
• Interact with all co-workers and clients in an attentive courteous manner.
• Perform additional duties as directed by Management.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
• At times may perform clerical/administrative duties.

• High School Diploma or relevant work experience.
• 5 years of field experience.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
