Electrician- Marlborough

Location: US-MA-MARLBOROUGH-MA1 ~ 1001 Boston Post Rd ~ BLDG 1

Onsite electrician role in Marlborough, MA, responsible for installation, removal, relocation, and modification of electrical circuits, feeders, and wiring for fire alarm and security systems, as well as supporting machine tool maintenance.

• Safely plan, layout, and perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of the RTX electrical infrastructure.
• Create stock lists in collaboration with or reviewed with the group leader.
• Notify supervision when major or extensive repairs or modifications are necessary.
• Perform ESD work.
• Maintain a clean work area and perform general maintenance and daily housekeeping of workplace, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain records, move materials and equipment, and follow safety rules while performing duties.
• Perform any electrical-related work as assigned and other similar duties as required or directed.
• Use machines, tools, and equipment such as digital voltmeters, multimeters, amp meters, hand tools, power/battery-operated tools, conduit benders, wire-pulling equipment, aerial/scissor lifts, step ladders, and extension ladders.

• Current Massachusetts Electrical Journeyman's license.
• Minimum of five years electrical experience.

Starting Wage: $48.46 per hour (based on 1st shift schedule of 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM). U.S. citizenship required and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Confidential clearance immediately after day one of employment. Clearance status must be active and existing at all times.

This position is part of a collective bargaining agreement. Wage and workplace conditions, including shift times, are subject to this agreement. Employees will be represented by a union.
