Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Electrician/ Electrician Installation
Location:
Marlborough, MA
Safely plan, layout and perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of the RTX electrical infrastructure and support machine‑tool maintenance requirements. Perform general maintenance, daily housekeeping, and maintain a clean work area. Keep records, move materials and equipment, and follow safety rules during duty execution. Perform any electrical related work as assigned and other similar duties required or directed. Perform ESD work and manage electrical equipment while adhering to NFPA
70 and Massachusetts amendments.
- Creates stock list in conjunction with or reviewed with the group leader.
- Notifies supervision when major and extensive repairs or modifications are necessary.
- Maintains a clean work area.
- Performs general maintenance and daily housekeeping of workplace, tools and equipment.
- Maintains records, moves materials/equipment and follows safety rules in performance of duties.
- Performs any electrical related work as assigned and other similar duties as required or directed.
- Digital voltmeters/multi‑meters
- Amp‑meters
- Hand tools
- Power/battery operated tools
- Manual, electric and hydraulic operated conduit benders
- Wire pulling equipment
- Aerial/scissor lifts
- Step ladders and extension ladders
- Current Massachusetts Electrical Journeyman's license
- Minimum of 5 years electrical experience
Requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Confidential clearance. Clearance is required after day1 and must be active and existing.
