• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility MEP systems (electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, boilers, compressors, pumps, utility systems) within a laboratory facility environment.
• Perform routine inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs.
• Document all work activities in the CMMS.
• Respond to equipment alarms, breakdowns, and facility emergencies to restore safe operation.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a facilities or skilled trades maintenance technician in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
• Working knowledge in at least two of the following: electrical systems, HVAC R, plumbing/pipe fitting, boilers/steam systems, wastewater systems, pumps, controls, or RODI/WFI.

• BMS experience, preferably Metasys.
• Laboratory facility experience.
• CMMS experience, preferably Infor EAM.
