Maintenance Technician
Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility MEP systems, including electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, boilers, compressors, pumps, and utility systems, within a laboratory facility environment. Perform routine inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs. Documenting all work activities in the CMMS. Respond to equipment alarms, breakdowns, and facility emergencies to restore safe operation.
High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 5 years of experience as a facilities or skilled trades maintenance technician in a manufacturing or laboratory environment. Working knowledge in at least two of the following: electrical systems, HVAC‐R, plumbing/pipe fitting, boilers/steam systems, wastewater systems, pumps, controls, or RODI/WFI.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Client experience, preferably Metasys Laboratory facility experience. CMMS experience, preferably Infor EAM
