What You Will Do
Participate in collaborative, integrated product teams, employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications.
Assist and participate in the requirements, design, development and testing of real‑time embedded software, application software, and tools, to include development of new work products or enhancement of existing applications and systems.
Contribute as a software team member and possibly lead a small software team.
Work collaboratively with Systems and Integration Test Engineers to analyze, implement and test system.
Qualifications You Must Have- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum of five (5) or more years of relevant industry experience in software development, integration, and/or test using C++, C#, Java or similar object‑oriented software language.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance; note only U.S. Citizen can obtain security clearance.
- Strong problem‑solving, teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile environment using techniques such as Scrum, Scrum @ Scale, SAFe, Test‑Driven Development, or Dev Sec Ops .
- Desire and ability to learn new technologies and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with time‑critical requirements.
- Experience contributing to a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to difficult technical problems.
- Experience with integrated development tools such as Azure, Git, Atlassian Suite, Jenkins, Eclipse, and Ansible.
- Experience working in a continuous integration/continuous development pipeline.
- Knowledge of Red Hat and/or Linux Operating Systems.
- Exposure to Open Systems Architectures and modular design principles.

Salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
