Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Clean driving record required.
- Comfortable driving a food truck for trips up to 2 hours.
- Ability to lift, carry, load, and unload products and equipment.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work both independently and with a team.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
- Load products and supplies onto the truck.
- Drive the food truck safely to and from event locations.
- Prepare and load truck for daily business operations.
- Basic food preparation of limited items.
- Assist with basic food preparation and service.
- Clean truck interior, equipment, and all dishes associated with operations.
- Unload, clean, restock, and reload all small wares and coolers.
- Perform weekly detailed cleaning of the truck’s interior and exterior.
- Clean facility and parking lot areas after daily operations are completed.
- Support catering and event operations as needed.
