Inventory Associate

Marathon Staffing seeks an Inventory Associate to support accurate inventory control for a light industrial client. In this on-site role, you'll perform physical counts, verify shipments, track stock levels, and enter data into inventory logs or basic software. You'll organize warehouse locations, label products, and report discrepancies or damaged items. Success in this position requires attention to detail, basic math skills, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation
• Record inventory data accurately in logs or systems
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damage
• Organize, label, and replenish stock locations
• Assist with warehouse housekeeping and safety standards
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members on inventory issues
• Use scanners or basic inventory software as required
