Order Picker

Marathon Staffing is seeking reliable Order Pickers to support warehouse operations for clients in the Administrative & Support & Waste Management industry. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners, verify item numbers and quantities, and prepare shipments for delivery. You'll help maintain inventory accuracy, follow safety and housekeeping standards, and meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy
• Stage, label, and prepare orders for shipping or internal transfers
• Safely operate pallet jacks or warehouse carts as required
• Follow inventory control procedures and report discrepancies or damages
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards in a fast-paced setting
• Follow all safety, housekeeping, and company policies and procedures
