Target Property Management Corp is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their team in Marlton, NJ! This is a great opportunity to grow your accounting career within a dynamic property management environment where your organizational skills and financial accuracy will make a real impact.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger entries and financial records
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Manage vendor invoices, payments, and billing inquiries
• Support property management team with rent collections and tenant account tracking
• Perform data entry and maintain organized financial documentation
• Assist with bank reconciliations and audit preparation

• Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial role preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software (Quick Books, Yardi, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles (AP/AR, reconciliations, general ledger)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
