We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to assist with day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth business operations. This role involves handling routine operational tasks, supporting internal teams, and maintaining accuracy and efficiency across processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine operational and administrative support tasks
Assist with processing and maintaining operational records
Support internal teams with basic operational requests
Follow established procedures and identify process improvement opportunities
Escalate issues and non-routine requests when required
Maintain accuracy, organization, and productivity in daily tasks
6+ months of operations, administrative, or business support experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office or similar tools)
Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience in back-office, operations, or administrative roles
Ability to handle repetitive, process-driven work
Strong accuracy and productivity focus
