We are recruiting for a Full-Time Insurance Coordinator tojoin our skilled team of pediatric professionals in Marlton, NJ. This position is benefits eligible.

Acts asliaison between Outpatient Rehab/Patient's Family/Insurance Company to coordinate care and reimbursement. Collects all necessary medical and insurance information. Performs various tasks associated with Outpatient Case Management, verifying benefits, obtaining authorizations,processing patients upon admission and discharge. Accountable for the tracking and preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly statistical data and periodic reports forthe Outpatient Program when required.
Interacts with families of patients from infants, school age and/or adolescents up to and including age 20. Responsible for attending the Business Office Meetings on a monthly basis.
Handle various clerical functions as assigned by the Department Directoror his/her representative. Thorough knowledge of facility policies and procedures as it relates to the above dutiesis required.
