  We offer 1.5x the warranty rate. If you're skilled and efficient, you should be paid like it.
• The Volume:
  High car count + professional advisors = consistent, heavy paychecks year‑round.

• Master & A/B‑Level Technicians
• C‑Level / Entry‑Level Technicians
• State Inspection Licensed Techs (Preferred, not required)
• Paid Factory Training to keep you at the top of your game.

• Competitive Pay: $50,000‑$150,000 per year - High volume means you aren't fighting for work.
• Future‑Proof: 401(k) with company match.
