Seating Specialist Responsibilities

• Manage warranty requests, textile approvals, pricing updates, and product documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment across internal systems and customer‑facing materials
• Conduct market research, product option analyses, and competitive evaluations to provide insights that support product strategy and decision‑making for Seating leadership
• Develop and maintain technical resources, specification tools, assessment reports, and documentation to support customer inquiries, bids, contracts, and cross‑functional teams
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and other departments to resolve product data discrepancies, improve processes, and support ongoing product development initiatives

• High School diploma or GED
• Previous sales, customer service, or related experience
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Ability to use Microsoft Office

• Manufacturing and/or engineering knowledge is preferred
