Position:
Confidential Secretary to the Curriculum Department

The Evesham Township School District is seeking a twelve-month Curriculum Secretary beginning February 1, 2026.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma; college degree or successful completion of a 2-year program in secretarial science at an accredited college preferred.

* Shall successfully complete skills assessment.

* Secretary or previous office experience required, with educational setting experience preferred.

* Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, including database and spreadsheet experience.

* Knowledge of student information systems experience preferred.

* Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to collaborate with the curriculum team.

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, when needed.

* Ability to maintain essential records and files.

* Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

Job Goal:

To provide support and assistance to the Director of Curriculum & Instruction and leadership to the curriculum team to assure the smooth and efficient operation of the Curriculum Department in order to maximize the positive impact on the education programming of the students.
