Qualifications and

Educational Requirements:

No prior automotive experience required.

Candidates must have a stable work history

Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday

Possess strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to follow all processes and procedures mandatory to the Genesis experience

Answer incoming phone calls as one of the primary initial contact people and handle accordingly

Perform outbound call tasks as assigned from the department

Create and manage the loaner agreement process for customer appointments
