Virtua Health - - Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs, and support daily living on Med Surg unit;
Perform vital signs, point-of-care testing, bladder scanning, and Foley catheter care per protocol;
May perform phlebotomy and EKGs if certified;
Identify and communicate changes in patient status to RN/LPN and respond appropriately;
Reinforce patient and family education, and participate in satisfaction initiatives and performance improvement
