Human Resources Manager

ACCU Staffing is partnering with a well stablish packaging company to find a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join their leadership team. This is a key role designed to work closely with the VP of HR and gradually take ownership of daily HR operations.

This position requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish and a strong background in HR compliance, employee relations, and HR operations.

Industry: Packaging / Manufacturing

• Partner with the VP of HR and assume increasing responsibility for HR operations
• Administer FMLA, NJFLA, disability, and other statutory leaves
• Manage unemployment claims, audits, and compliance reporting
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
• Oversee payroll processing, timekeeping, and benefits administration
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS (Paycom) data integrity
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Support training initiatives and leadership development programs

• ✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• ✔ 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• ✔ Strong knowledge of FMLA, payroll, benefits, and compliance
• ✔ Experience in manufacturing or labor‑intensive environments preferred
• ✔ SHRM-CP certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
• ✔ Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment
