* Job Summary:

** Responsible for enhancing, supporting, and maintaining applications within the Virtua Health System.  Demonstrates subject matter expertise in solutions development and implementation. Additionally, responsible for understanding and documenting business needs as well as recommending appropriate IT solutions. Extensive knowledge of customer workflow, application software and building tools.  Assistance with the optimization of the application through development of new functionality, testing and implementing scheduled vendor releases and system upgrades, and fixing system defects.

Provide technical and functional application analysis, define system requirements, and work with Informatics in developing Visio models using best practices for build and configuration, maintenance and data integrity.

Utilizes best practices, creates education sessions to share technical knowledge and facilitates team meetings when requested by the team manager.

Demonstrate knowledge and adherence to cybersecurity and HIPAA policies and practices

* Job Responsibilities:

** Interprets and analyzes complicated workflow/system requirements to design, configure, test and implement IT application solutions while creating and maintaining all documentation for assigned applications in order to establish standards for configuration and enhancements within the application. Participates in performance improvement activities working closely with departments’ Quality Assurance/Quality Control personnel to identify and design future needs and efficient workflow processes that include further integration into operations.

Provides day-to-day support of multiple IT applications including error management, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems including but not limited to application workflow, design and other related activities.
