Senior Workers' Paralegal

Starting Rate of pay commensurate with experience level.

• Maintain positive contact with clients
• Draft and e-file (NJ) with the Court pleadings, including Claim Petitions and Motions
• Perform case management
• Independently track deadlines
• Organize, review, and analyze medical records and discovery documents
• Manage and complete daily tasks

• Computer Proficiency with working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and File Vine (or similar document management system)
• Must exhibit a high degree of initiative in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Detail-oriented, highly organized with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to adapt to changes in workflow
• Bilingual - Spanish is a plus!
