Pay Range: $43.27 – $58.68 per hour (based on years of experience)

Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes following physician orders and a comprehensive plan of care. Serve as the clinical lead during home visits, perform assessments, and coordinate care across the care team.

• Current and unrestricted New Jersey RN license.
• One to two years of recent acute care or community health experience.
• Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred.

Pay Range: $43.31 – $60.16 per hour (based on years of experience)

Provide compassionate, patient-centered hospice nursing care in patients’ homes to ensure comfort and symptom management at end of life. Serve as a key member of the interdisciplinary care team by assessing patient needs, implementing individualized plans of care, coordinating services, and supporting patients and families emotionally, spiritually, and clinically. Travel statewide to deliver in-home hospice services.

• Current and unrestricted New Jersey RN license.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of hospice nursing experience; home care experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current CPR and BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.
• Knowledge of the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of terminally ill patients and their caregivers.

Pay Range: $90,400 – $149,000 per year (based on years of experience)

Provide clinical and administrative leadership for Virtua’s hospice program, ensuring high-quality, compliant patient care in accordance with hospice philosophy and organizational standards. Oversee interdisciplinary teams, coordinate clinical operations, and support professional practice environments that optimize patient outcomes and staff performance. Act as the primary point of accountability for assigned teams and drive continuous improvement in care delivery.

• Current and unrestricted RN license in New Jersey with BSN required.
• 3–5 years of hospice or home care experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent computer and customer-focused skills.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay Range: $54.53 flat rate, $5 on call rate

Provide per-diem hospice nursing care focused on patient comfort and symptom management, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care. Perform clinical triage for hospice patients, respond to changes in condition, and deliver emotional support and education to patients and families as part of a coordinated interdisciplinary care team. Travel statewide to deliver in-home care as needed.
