Licensed Practical Nurse - Patient Aligned Care Team

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Patient Aligned Care Team is located at the Burlington Community Based Outpatient Clinic and performs all duties within the scope of their license including medication administration. Completed work is under the general supervision of an RN or MD/DO. Technically proficient in initiating, performing and completing assigned duties in providing care to variable patient populations. Completed work requires only a general review by an RN or MD/DO for appropriateness and conformity with established policies and procedures.

NOTE: Prior to accepting a final employment offer, all selected applicants will be required to sign a Memorandum of Understanding regarding deployment responsibilities
