Virtua Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing Neurosciences team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered neurological care within a collaborative, academically aligned health system serving communities throughout South Jersey.

About

The Role

We are seeking an experienced or highly motivated Advanced Practice Provider to join our expanding Neurology practice. This position offers the opportunity to care for patients with a broad range of neurological conditions while working closely with neurologists and subspecialty neuroscience providers in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, assessments, and follow-up visits for patients with neurological conditions.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians and the neurology care team.
  • Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and disease management.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary neuroscience team, including neurologists, neurohospitalists, neurosurgeons, neurocritical care specialists, and other subspecialty providers.
  • Participate in the continued growth and development of Virtua’s Neurosciences Program.
  • Contribute to delivering an exceptional patient experience through compassionate, coordinated, and high-quality care.

Compensation

In compliance with New Jersey pay transparency laws, all clinician roles include a posted minimum base salary. This role offers a base starting salary at $. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.
