Ennoble Care is seeking a dedicated full‑time Intake Coordinator to join our team in the Marlton, NJ office. This role is essential in managing patient intake processes, ensuring efficient communication, and maintaining confidentiality while adhering to all relevant guidelines and regulations.
Responsibilities- Take care of and monitor prior authorization requests.
- Communicate as needed with patients to obtain insurance information.
- Answer phones; receive all referral and intake information.
- Complete referral/intake forms and route them appropriately for admission approval.
- Assist in the scheduling of appropriately skilled personnel to fill the case, including inputting scheduling information on the computer.
- Check common working files for Medicare coverage and verification of benefit period.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with coworkers from various departments.
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties as necessary remotely.
- Knowledge of insurance and coding and clinical operating policies.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Knowledge of computer systems, programs, and spreadsheet applications with proficient skills in navigation and typing.
- Ability to understand and interpret policies and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret medical charts.
- Ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness.
- ICD‑10: 1 year (Preferred).
- Prior Authorization: 1 year (Preferred).
- Significant experience verifying insurance in various insurance portals.
$19.00 per hour
