Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Chef role located in Marlton, NJ. The Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, and safety. Responsibilities include menu planning, developing new recipes, ordering ingredients, managing kitchen staff, and monitoring food preparation and presentation. The role involves maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, managing kitchen budgets, and fostering a professional, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong culinary expertise, including menu design, recipe development, and food preparation techniques
  • Experience in kitchen management, including staff supervision, training, and scheduling
  • Knowledge of financial and budgetary management for inventory control, cost control, and procurement
  • Understanding of food safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to health and safety standards
  • Organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to foster collaboration among team members
  • Culinary education or certification is a plus
  • Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in the restaurant industry is strongly preferred
