Position: Rolex Client Experience Manager - The Promenade At Sagemore

Summary

This role is responsible for creating and managing the Rolex client experience across the showroom, online channels, and follow-up touchpoints. The manager partners with showroom leadership and Rolex to implement programs, technologies, and training that elevate client engagement and drive a consistent luxury experience.

Responsibilities
  • Implement the hospitality program within the showroom and integrate Rolex experience standards
  • Coordinate Rolex education with Learning and Development and conduct weekly training for Rolex team members
  • Reinforce client communication expectations and follow-up cadence for online and in-store inquiries
  • Identify and deploy resources and local partnerships to enhance the client journey
  • Liaise with Rolex to roll out initiatives, product launches, e-learning, and CRM requests
  • Recommend and implement technologies to elevate presentations and CRM capabilities
  • Lead and execute events and activities with Marketing and showroom leadership
  • Measure and test client experience touchpoints and develop weekly/monthly action plans
  • Prepare weekly client experience summaries and participate in daily showroom briefs
Requirements
  • Understanding of luxury client experience and luxury timepieces and jewelry
  • High school diploma required; college preferred
  • Minimum 3 years in luxury hospitality, luxury retail, or a related field
  • Excellent client relationship and presentation skills with strong verbal communication
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to create and implement processes, find creative solutions, and multitask
  • High energy, self-motivated, and able to coordinate with retail and corporate teams
