As a temporary, part‑time Sales Guide at our L.L.Bean Store in Marlton, NJ, you’ll be the heartbeat of our outdoor gear and apparel departments, delivering world‑class service with a smile.

• Engage customers through personal and genuine service interactions.
• Drive sales by converting customer interactions into sales opportunities and promoting brand loyalty.
• Build relationships and collaborate with team members, valuing diverse backgrounds.
• Advocate for customers by listening actively and solving problems efficiently at first point of contact.
• Leverage technology such as POS and mobile devices to create seamless omni‑channel service.
• Promote L.L.Bean sponsored programs, including Outdoor Discovery School and the L.L.Bean Mastercard program.
• Maintain store organization, visual merchandising standards, and support operational processes.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve results and adapt to changing business needs.
• Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace following all safety policies and procedures.

Required to stand, walk, talk or hear in person and by headset; occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs or ramps; repetitive wrist or hand motions; occasionally stoop, kneel, bend or crouch, lift 1 to 20 pounds; occasionally move and lift objects up to 40 pounds.
