Job Type: Temp to Hire, On-site
Salary: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time; every other Saturday required
- Shift Times: Rotating shifts between 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Exact shifts vary: 9:00–5:30, 9:00–6:30, or 10:00–6:30)
- Work Week: Monday – Friday (You will receive one day off during the week)
- Saturdays: Required every other week.
- Sundays: Always closed! Enjoy a guaranteed day off.
Our client is a premier, fast‑paced boarding and doggy daycare facility known for high standards of care and a loyal community of pet parents. As the Administrative Assistant, you are the heartbeat of the facility. You aren’t just answering phones; you are managing the first and last impression for our clients. You’ll handle everything from welcoming check‑ins to detailed record‑keeping, ensuring every pet and owner feels like part of the family!
Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Greet clients warmly, manage check‑ins/outs, and maintain strong rapport with our returning community.
- Communication Hub: Manage a high volume of calls and emails with professionalism and a "can‑do" attitude.
- Sales & Advocacy: Conduct facility tours for prospective clients and recommend boarding upgrades or products that enhance the pet's stay.
- Administrative Precision: Maintain meticulous client records and utilize custom kennel software to ensure schedules and billing are 100% accurate.
- Operations: Support a clean, welcoming office environment that reflects our high standards of care.
- Pet Passion: A genuine love for dogs is a must.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Quick Books is required. You must be comfortable learning custom software quickly.
- Multitasking Mastery: Ability to stay calm and organized while juggling phones, clients in the lobby, and barking guests.
- Professionalism: A bubbly, friendly personality paired with a professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Reliability: You understand that our clients depend on us 365 days a year; consistency and weekend availability are key.
