Utilize Loss Prevention reporting and applications (e.g., Lane Hawk, Smart Store) to identify and minimize loss and shrink;
Maintain security of store entrances and ensure a safe shopping environment;
Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service and assistance;
Maintain good communications with Store Management and attend to disciplinary actions as needed
