AboutThe Role
The Account Executive works with dedicated enterprise customers. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and users within the organization, acting as a single point of contact for the client, and serving as the client's advocate within Jet Brains. They manage the account plan and orchestrate the team to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets. An ideal candidate has strong sales and communications skills and previous experience with specific customers or industries.
Jobresponsibilities
- Establishes and maintains relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers to align on mutual goals and build trust.
- Develops a strong understanding of customer priorities to identify opportunities for Developer Experience and educate decision‑makers on the value proposition of Jet Brains.
- Build and manage account plans to meet revenue targets and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately manage sales pipelines and forecasts to ensure business goals are met and resources are allocated efficiently and make business predictable.
- Engages product groups and stakeholders in business planning, prioritizing actions based on customer needs and growth opportunities.
- Acts as the primary point of contact and advocate for the client within Jet Brains, seeks customer feedback and feature requests to improve satisfaction.
- Proven experience in Enterprise Sales in cloud or software vendor or distributor with specific customers or industries and with a deep understanding of their unique needs and challenges.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and effectively managing the sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and users within the customer organization on CxO level.
- Ability to manage account plans, work with CRM to accurately manage sales pipelines and forecasts.
- Experience in acting as a single point of contact for the client and advocating for the client's needs within the company.
