Base Pay: $23.00 - $25.00/hour

What You'll Be Doing
You'll join the maintenance team at a 288-unit apartment community in Marlton, NJ, keeping homes running and residents happy. Day to day, you'll:
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC (split systems), plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and electrical issues
Complete a high volume of daily service requests in a fast-paced environment
Perform apartment turns and make-readies to prepare units for new residents
Maintain interior and exterior areas to company standards and safety requirements
Assist with grounds and seasonal duties, including snow removal
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and on-call needs
Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff
What We're Looking For
2-3 years of maintenance or related trades experience (multifamily or residential preferred)
Strong hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance
EPA certification - or the willingness to earn it with our support
Experience troubleshooting appliances and completing service requests independently
Comfort using a smartphone/computer to manage work orders
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
Ability to respond to on-call emergencies within a reasonable commute
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Paid rotating on-call (approximately every 4 weeks)
Must be available for after-hours emergency maintenance
Schedule subject to change based on business needs
