Receptionist, Hospitality ​/ Hotel ​/ Catering

Join TUI Hotels as a Receptionist in our TUI BLUE Grand Azur Marmaris-Muğla / Türkiye where you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction through professional and friendly service at all times.

• Delivering a warm, professional welcome and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for all guests
• Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently, in line with hotel standards and procedures
• Room allocations, and guest communications with accuracy and attention to detail
• Acting as the main point of contact for guests, responding to requests and resolving inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally
• Collaborating closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards

• Three years of experience in a Receptionist role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and professional, friendly attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle guest requests calmly.
• A good level of English to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Knowledge of MS Office package
