- Basic office equipment proficiency (computers, fax machines, copiers, etc.).
- Stellar customer service to patients.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physical effort may be required, including lifting 25 pounds or more, prolonged standing and walking, and manual dexterity.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow as part of a team.
- High school graduate with one year of clerical experience or one year of business/specialized training.
- Post‑high school business/specialized training.
- Medical terminology.
- 1–2 years in a healthcare setting.
- Keyboard proficiency.
- Electronic medical record experience.
