Receptionist​/Client Care Coordinator

Position Overview:

The Client Care Coordinator serves as a welcoming and professional point of contact for clients and their families, representing Functional Behavior Services (FBS) and supporting a positive clinic experience. This position provides flexible administrative and operational support to the clinical team and assists with day-to-day tasks that promote efficiency, organization, and the delivery of high-quality services.

The Client Care Coordinator works closely with administrative and supervisory staff to help maintain smooth clinic operations, respond to client and family needs, and support the team in completing essential day-to-day responsibilities.

Compensation for this position will be outlined in the employee's offer letter. This position
may be an hourly position, consistent part time or full-time position based upon the needs of FBS as outlined
in the employee's offer letter.

At least one-year comparable experience working with clients and/or families in a medical or
therapeutic setting including providing administrative or customer service-related experience.
Education/Background:
Must possess a high school diploma/GED equivalent and pass a state and federal
felony conviction screening.
