Marquette Mountain is seeking a Snow making Lead to oversee daily snow making operations, mentor a small crew, and coordinate with grooming, ski patrol, lift operations and race director to deliver high-quality snow for guests.
This full-time seasonal role runs October 14, 2026 through April 14, 2027. You’ll monitor safety, perform routine equipment maintenance, operate the snow making system, and troubleshoot control software while maintaining a positive team environment.
