What does a Service Advisor do?As a new Service Advisor at Fox Marquette Chevrolet, you will greet customers and assess their needs for vehicle service. Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, managing service workflows, and communicating effectively with both customers and technicians. You will be responsible for providing estimates, explaining services, and ensuring clear communication regarding repairs and maintenance.
Documenting customer interactions and service recommendations accurately will also be essential.
