Claims Service Representative

Manpower - 925 West Washington Street - Responsibilities:
Resolve and respond to provider inquiries related to claims and claims payment in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements;
Develop and maintain positive relationships with providers by providing accurate information regarding billing, benefits, eligibility, and authorizations;
Navigate multiple systems to investigate and resolve claims and payment issues efficiently and accurately;
Identify trends and systemic issues, collaborating with relevant departments to implement solutions;
Ensure timely resolution of inquiries received through various channels including phone, email, and portals, maintaining high standards of customer service and confidentiality
