Process deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance tasks with accuracy and efficiency;
Assist members with account-related inquiries, including opening/closing accounts, debit card issues, and other account maintenance needs;
Address and resolve member questions or concerns about credit union products and services;
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations and member satisfaction;
Be prepared to work at multiple branch locations (Ishpeming and Marquette) as needed and assist with Saturday shifts
