Integrated Architecture is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager/Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold competent knowledge of all aspects of building systems including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. They must command knowledge and be able to lead the design process from programming through project closeout. They must demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, and competence to clients and team members.
This position requires the individual to be a self-starter and to work independently. They must have developed people management skills in order to direct consultants and team members, to meet deadlines within budget, and remain consistent with office standards. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are a must. Projects will be in a variety of market sectors, including mixed-use, multi-family, corporate office, religious institutions, higher education, K-12 education, healthcare, sporting venues, residential and other.
- 5-10 Years Experience
- Licensed (Completion of ARE)
- Strong Leadership and Professional Skills
- Command of Current Graphic, Design, and Production Technology, including Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Micro Station
- Project Account Management Software
- Project Internal Budgeting
