Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

• Schedule: 5/28 (8a-4p) Orientation, 5/29(7a)-6/1(7a), 7/10(7a)-7/13(7a), ongoing assignments. 24-hour call, all-inclusive
• Job Setting: Hospital, Level 2 Trauma Center, Primary Stroke Certified, 15 beds in department
• Types of Cases: 4.3 patients per day, approximately 370-380 deliveries per year (OB), 450 total deliveries for unit. Rounding on assigned and unassigned patients. Resident and teaching supervision required (FM residents and 3/4th year medical students). Call response: arrival within 30 minutes of initial contact to ED or OB unit when required for emergency conditions. Respond to ED and L&D within 10 minutes.
  
  Average 8 calls per day (55 per week)
• Credentialing: 60 days

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Yes, board certification or eligible status required
• Certifications: ABLC, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS are not required but encouraged. Conscious sedation module available at facility if privileges requested
• Licensure: Active MI license required, no IMLC
