• Six‑provider group: three general surgeons with three APPs.
• Practice located one mile from the main hospital campus.
• ICU staffed with intensivists.
• Wound care staffed by one of the providers from this clinic.
• Hospitalists provide 24‑hour admitting and support.
• Target patient load average 15‑20 patients per day in the clinic.
• Six exam rooms, one intake room.
• EMR Athena in clinic;
  Cerner in hospital.
• In‑office procedures.
• Procedure time scheduled weekly.
• Shared 1:2 call.
• Two surgical locations:
  Bell Hospital and Marquette (main campus).
• Da Vinci XI robot used 2‑4 days a month.
• Preferred procedures in OR: breast reconstruction, breast reduction, breast augmentation, mastopexy, cleft lip and palate correction, rhinoplasty, abdominoplasty, panniculectomy, brachioplasty, excision of benign and malignant lesions, tissue flaps, burn treatment, skin grafts, blepharoplasty, facelift
