We are looking for an energetic Teaching Assistant to join our team! As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist the classroom teacher with classroom duties and instruction. Your goal is to create a welcoming learning environment and provide children with the environment they need to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, and has a passion for teaching!
Responsibilities- Provide a nurturing and safe environment for infants.
- Enforce classroom rules and procedures.
- Communicate with parents.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a teaching assistant is preferred.
- Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management.
- Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Energetic and positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check.
