Overview

Join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of renewable energy development! We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support logistics and material control activities for a photovoltaic (PV) construction project. The selected candidate will contribute to ensuring compliance with project specifications, applicable industry standards, and safety regulations, supporting the successful execution of the project. Located in Michigan, USA.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics activities for materials, equipment, and tools required for the photovoltaic construction project.
  • Manage material reception, storage, inventory control, and on-site distribution.
  • Verify that delivered materials comply with project specifications, purchase orders, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of material movements, delivery notes, and inventory reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Support site teams in material planning to avoid shortages, delays, or overstock.
  • Ensure logistics activities comply with safety regulations, site procedures, and industry standards.
  • Report logistics issues, damages, or discrepancies and follow up on corrective actions.
Qualifications
  • Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or construction projects (PV or renewable energy experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of inventory control, material tracking, and logistics documentation.
  • Familiarity with construction site operations and safety requirements (OSHA knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on-site and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with ERP or inventory systems is a plus.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
