ResponsibilitiesAs a Civil Construction Intern, you will support the inspection and documentation of road, water main, and sewer construction projects. This role offers hands‑on field experience, exposure to construction observation, project documentation, and the opportunity to learn directly from experienced engineers and project managers.
What You Will Need- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil or Construction Engineering from an ABET‑accredited university (EIT preferred)
- Experience working on field projects a plus
- Familiarity with ArcGIS, Micro Station, Geo Pak, and/or AutoCAD is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently within budgets and schedules
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and good driving record #LI-MM1
This internship is field‑based, with opportunities to collaborate on active projects and receive mentorship from Project Engineers and Project Managers in Michigan.
