The OpportunityAre you ready to make a global impact? We’re searching for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to join a high-performing finance team supporting a powerful Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform. In this strategic role, you’ll be the backbone of financial reporting, consolidation, and planning across an international enterprise—owning key systems, driving automation, and empowering finance leaders with real-time insights.
You'll be a trusted advisor, system expert, and solution builder. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Financial Systems, this is your chance to shape how global finance runs—today and tomorrow.
What You’ll Do- Lead as the One Stream system administrator, owning configuration, maintenance, and user support
- Power global finance initiatives by streamlining processes and implementing new solutions
- Deliver smart, on-demand data through insightful reports and dashboards
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system workflows
- Resolve system issues swiftly and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Build and enhance reports and templates using One Stream’s powerful toolset
- Train global finance users—from beginner to expert—on best practices and capabilities
- Be a proactive, strategic voice in global finance transformation
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus
- 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience (public or corporate)
- Deep experience with One Stream (or Hyperion, SAP BPC)
- Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS
- Proven success in finance project management and system rollouts
- Clear communicator with a knack for simplifying the complex
- Strong analytical mindset and a drive to innovate and improve
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, global environments
