This is a newly created role that reports to a strong, highly respected finance leader. The company is growing, and this position will take ownership of U.S. and international tax compliance, forecasting, and ASC 740 work while partnering closely with outside advisors and internal accounting teams. It’s a hands-on role with visibility to leadership and plenty of room to make an impact.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee U.S. and foreign income tax compliance
• Prepare and review tax forecasts, filings, and cash tax projections
• Support tax accounting and provision work under ASC 740
• Partner with external tax advisors and internal finance teams
• Drive process and system improvements across the tax function
• Assist with projects tied to M&A and technology upgrades

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA or advanced tax degree preferred)
• 5+ years of corporate or public tax experience
• Solid technical knowledge of corporate and partnership tax
• Exposure to foreign reporting, transfer pricing, and ASC 740
• ERP and tax system experience (SAP, One Source, or One Stream is a plus)
