Role

As a Financial Planning Associate, you will be an essential part of a collaborative team working alongside Financial Advisors and other Specialists. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities tailored to meet the evolving needs of our financial planning practice, providing you with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments for advisors to optimize client engagement.
  • Prepare informative declaration page quote sheets for client meetings.
  • Promote property/casualty insurance service opportunities effectively.
  • Support advisors with exceptional client service and follow-up.
  • Coordinate meetings and correspondence with advisors, tax teams, and estate planners.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities through proactive marketing efforts.
  • Adhere to all industry rules and regulations to maintain compliance.
  • Assist with various tasks as assigned to support team objectives.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic database management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to obtain required licenses, which we will sponsor on a loan basis.

Licensing Details
  • Required licenses include: FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, FINRA Series 7, FINRA Series 66, State Life, Accident & Health, Variable Contracts, State Property & Casualty.
  • HFSI will cover the costs of all required licensing on a loan basis.
