YourRole
As a Financial Planning Associate, you will be an essential part of a collaborative team working alongside Financial Advisors and other Specialists. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities tailored to meet the evolving needs of our financial planning practice, providing you with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule appointments for advisors to optimize client engagement.
- Prepare informative declaration page quote sheets for client meetings.
- Promote property/casualty insurance service opportunities effectively.
- Support advisors with exceptional client service and follow-up.
- Coordinate meetings and correspondence with advisors, tax teams, and estate planners.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities through proactive marketing efforts.
- Adhere to all industry rules and regulations to maintain compliance.
- Assist with various tasks as assigned to support team objectives.
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic database management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to obtain required licenses, which we will sponsor on a loan basis.
