Job Summary

As a floating Branch Team Lead, you will serve as a member specialist and teller, providing process enhancements, consistency, and subject‑matter expertise to various branch locations as business needs require. You will lead, mentor, and develop branch teams to ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a floating Branch Team Lead, Member Specialist, and Teller across branch locations.
  • Perform teller and member specialist duties while serving as a subject‑matter expert.
  • Motivate, mentor, and develop the Branch Team to ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate, update, and implement new processes and procedures for the Branch Teams, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Serve as a role model, embodying Honor’s culture with accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Safeguard branch integrity, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and the branch remains operationally sound.
  • Build rapport with members to sustain long‑term relationships and grow business.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
  • Prior financial institution experience with cash handling and lending.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of credit union products and services.
  • Self‑directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong project management skills, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Handles issues with tact, diplomacy, and urgency.
  • Understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional problem‑solving skills.
