RN Unit Manager - Optalis Health and Rehab of Canton
We are seeking an experienced RN with long term care experience to join our team as a Unit Manager. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents and their families. They will be well-organized and able to manage a team of nursing staff effectively.
Responsibilities- Supervise and manage nursing staff on the unit
- Ensure that all residents receive high-quality care
- Develop and implement care plans for residents
- Communicate with families and healthcare providers as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Active RN license in the state of Michigan
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in long term care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and healthcare policies
